Custom Folding Cartons
Whether you are purchasing custom folding cartons for private label packaging or a major brand, we understand and accept the critical role we play in your supply chain. We have close relationships with our folding carton customers. Those tight bonds lead to transparent conversations. You can expect clear, consistent communication from our team and significant investments in paperboard packaging raw materials so we have paperboard available when you need it.
Optimize Your Inventory
How much obsolete inventory are you sitting on? Our production model allows you to better serve your markets without traditional exposure and gives you the opportunity to reduce obsolescence to 0%. MOD-PAC’s dedication to inventory management and investment in raw material inventory affords you more flexibility to make copy changes and order shorter runs.
Predictable Pricing
We are not the cheapest, and we certainly aren’t the most expensive. Rather, we offer consistent pricing that ensures you always know what to expect. No matter how many SKUs you want to run, your price remains the same.
Fresh Cartons
We perform pre-breaks on our folding cartons to facilitate speed and machinability when you fill your cartons. As you might know, cartons become stiff when they sit in a case. We understand it’s difficult to forecast six or nine months out, and we don’t want you to. We’ll help you analyze what you need when you need it, and we’ll offer a more frequent rotation of runs so you have fresher cartons. This allows you to avoid obsolescence while freeing up your cash flow.
Private Label
Don’t get forced into running combos with fixed quantities. Our manufacturing philosophies align perfectly with private label customers. With MOD-PAC as your partner, you can target smaller markets and service market niches. We have a better alternative to running combos by utilizing a process that gives you the flexibility to run the quantities your retailer needs. We also prioritize quality by investing in our own plate-making equipment and instituting a policy that ensures each run starts with fresh plates.
